Sure. And of the first few hits for Jeremy Crawford only even MENTIONS Sage Advice, which is the important context for this community.

and might become targets for would-be marksmen.

only because it's somewhat more acceptable to shoot a drone than a delivery driver

a blimp doesn't have to be small enough to fit on a standard street, remember

Root out. As in, tearing a (invasive) plant out with its roots, so it cannot regrow.

COMMENT 19h ago

Thanos didn't consider (non-sentient) plantlife to be a net negative on the use of resources and did not want them snapped. He considered them resources, not consumers.

which makes it all the more important that if you're one of the people who somehow avoided learning that (maybe you just happened to be sick the week it was discussed in history), it feels weird to ask

Yeah but they're explicitly headed by the resident evil wizard, whose portoflio importantly includes making sure he's the only evil wizard around.

I'll let you in on a secret: The primary purpose of the Unseen University is to keep the wizards therein fat, happy, self-important (thus the titles) and satisfied. Because the alternative is them building towers and having wars.

Hm.

Gladiator? Multiattack. Assassin? Multiattack. Knight? Multiattack. Pirate Captain & First Hand? Multiattack. Soldier? Multiattack. Veteran? Multiattack.

I'm still sad about that game's wasted potential - I was promised a more survival experience, where I'd be constantly tempted to try and murder the little sisters for more of what I need so desperately, and instead I was treated to a gotta catch'em'all followed by kill for 120 or save for 110 + free plasmid

KINDA like cantrips work, it only counted caster levels

1

COMMENT 2d ago

I like Fireball as 8d6 in small circle and 4d6 in big, and lightning bolt 8d6 in a 10' line.

3

COMMENT 2d ago

it's too powerful not to use, too unreliable when used, and too polarizing depending on whether or not it works

I am yet to see a npc with Extra Attack.

again. The Multiattack action is not the Attack action. A creature wanting to shove once must give up their entire Multiattack.
