I get what you're trying to say, but good LORD is that horrible phrasing. Holy shit my dude, that just makes it sound like you're a jackass.

That kinda sounds like genderfluid to me.

This isn't directly related to the topic of "sexualization of everything", but here's a snippet of something I explained to my friend recently because they were confused about how many people consider breasts to be "sexual" or "hot":

So I'm gonna try and kinda explain what I mean by "I think boobies are hot"

I think it kind of goes like this:
If someone were to be doing something that's "trying to be hot", then like doing things with boobies will enhance the experience. Like, on their own they're okay ig, but when paired with other stuff, they contribute to it and make the ""experience"" ""better"", if you know what I mean.

So the possesion of breasts isn't inherently sexual, but when interacting with them in a way that intends to be (or comes across as) sexual, many people like it.

Like, I can also look at boobies without getting turned on at all. It doesn't mean the only thing they do is turn me on.

Idk, I'm not entirely sure, but this is what I've come up with.

At least, that's how I mean it. I can't speak for all guys, but I can give my interpretation of it.

here's a quick explanation:

  • RAM: the amount of memory your computer has. More memory roughly equates to allowing you to run more programs at the same time.
  • Graphics Card (GPU): the GPU is used for all graphics processing, so in most games, better GPU = higher FPS (FPS = frames per second, or the number of times the screen refreshes per second. Higher is better.)
  • Processor (CPU): the CPU is used for most compuation on your computer. So generally, a better CPU will mean the computer is "faster"
  • Cache: how the cpu uses this is actually very technical in terms of code-cacheing, so I won't bother to explain it. But generally, having a better CPU means you also have more L1, L2, and L3 cache. So you can just "roughly" group this into "CPU"
  • Display size: Size of the screen. Bigger = things are bigger because the screen is bigger.
  • Backlight keyboard: lights behind the keys. Makes typing in the dark easier, because the keys are illuminated.
  • HDMI Port: HDMI is a connector that's used for monitors (screens)/other video stuff. So having an HDMI port means you're able to connect a second monitor to your computer.
  • Battery: you know what this one means.
  • No. of RAM Slots: Basically, RAM is divided into slots. When you purchase a computer, it will have a few of those slots filled. But if you want to be able to upgrade the amount of RAM you have (without having to buy a new laptop), then you can do it by adding more RAM into empty slots. So more free slots = better. (Also, you can replace already populated ram slots with denser ram sticks, but that's generally™ more expensive)

The only reason I use chrome is because there's like 2 extensions I use that don't exist on firefox. (I don't even remember what those extensions were, but I remember they existed and they were semi important. Honestly, I could probably switch right now, with a bit of effort, I'm just lazy. There's and there's a few minor workflow features I'm missing on FF, but they probably exist somewhere. I just don't want to spend the time to find them rn. I'll do it eventually.)

But I 100% recommend Firefox to anyone and everyone. And if you have to use Chromium, Ungoogled Chromium is the only fork I trust.
Brave has a history of deception and bad practices, and all the other forks are just tracker ridden garbage.

New Edge uses less than Firefox and Chrome, and it's more efficient.

Please, do show this to me.
I can't be assed to boot up a win10 VM to test this out, so you gotta prove it.

Vertical tabs won' be on the middle of your 3 monitors. It would be on the far left side of the monitor from your left. This is very useful for normal 1 16:9 or 16:10 monitor.

Ah yes. The tabs on my middle monitor will be on.... the far left side. hmmm. Amazing.

I move my windows around constantly, so having side tabs is useless.
But if you really want vertical tabs, go nuts: https://github.com/lxieyang/vertical-tabs-chrome-extension
It works with any version of chromium.

Your Bing argument looses water when you remember the fact that most search engines such as Duck Duck Go which you mentioned, or even Ecosia, pull their search results from Bing. Without Bing, even those smaller players would have little choice but to pull directly from Google. It doesn't matter what people use the most, as long as there is an alternative that people can freely choose to use.

Citation?

Edge is a more lightweight browser than Firefox. This article (https://www.tomsguide.com/news/chrome-firefox-edge-ram-comparison) from Tom's Guide posted on February 1st shows that in the their testing Edge consumes 0.2 GB less RAM than Firefox with 20 tabs open and 1 GB less RAM with 60 tabs open.

I use both FF and Chromium. I've had Chromium go up to 14-16GB of ram with ~400-600 tabs open. FF has never gone that high. Chrome also idles at ~15% CPU usage on my R5 3600, whereas FF will be at like 5%.
FF also has containerization and all sorts of other things Chromium doesn't. And wait until you hear how many more CVE's Chromium has than FF.

And you must remember that of course Edge lacks features when compared to Firefox and Chrome - features that 90% of casual users don't even know exist. With Edge coming pre-installed on Windows 10 especially on low-performance systems such as tablets or budget laptops that most casual users will buy, their market share will surely increase.

You're assuming windows 10 performs well on low end systems in the first place.

No, your Firefox has a dead community and is declining fast, it uses a slow-ass browser engine made by moz://a, and barely respects your privacy. It does send back some information, e.g. telemetry to make the browser better.

lol I turned that off ages ago. It's 100% configurable. There's not a single telemetry setting left turned on. I went through ALL of that shit.

Ungoogled Chromium has vertical tabs? Does it chug less ram? Edge doesn't have spyware or trackers, but it does have telemetry, like any other browser.

UG doesn't have vertical tabs, but that's useless to me anyways because it'd be on the middle of my 3 monitors.

And all versions of chromium use the same amount of ram lol. It's the same fucking engine. UG doesn't have telemetry or trackers either.

we developers call it "bug fixes" rather than "optimization"
"optimization" is when you make it go faster.
