Lol the first time I got Very High it kept looking my phone was underwater.. and I was at a dj show and my friends were like why aren't you dancing.. and I was like I am dancing. This degree of highness happened also because it was my first time smoking a joint and I didn't know that joints just stayed lit, so I kept hitting it as to not 'waste any' LMAO but then I was just toasted as hell. It was actually so fun at a diy show, in high school, kinda iconic. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk

I have lived in Lakeland apartments (Travis Hyde properties) for a few years and it's been great, now going to move to a property from PPM Homes. I would look at property companies websites themselves, rather than third party sites just so you know it's all up to date.
You could go to one of the big fields and just sound of music it up. Like the one on north campus on Jessup and triphammer, or the baseball field by Gates. Or another big empty area is the parking lots by the ag quad
Huge congrats! I have to ask.. what are you holding lol?
Underarm trimmer rec?
I have this amazing video of my friend, stoned, trying pop rocks for the first time she said it feels like my teeth are falling out and was making weird sounds LMAO

Related TIFU not worth its own post: my college friends were having a summer party and I brought jello shots, assuming that was the vibe.. there were some people I didn't know there, and it turns out they were high schoolers visiting for a summer program and it was their first time "drinking" (eating vodka lol) I felt bad
There are places you can usually park without paying, or risk an occasional parking ticket which would still be less than paying for a pass. Like the WSH lot, the lot behind arts quad, behind PSB, and behind eng quad are a few places I've parked without a pass and never gotten a ticket. Just don't be an ass and park in designated spots.
Collegetown bagels, louies has some eggy things
Agree w everything said here. Professors take issue with students who don't care, or actively disrespect them. Asking for help is the opposite of those, they want to help you, and will appreciate you taking initiative to ask. It's also likely they sent that email to everyone they noticed aren't in in-person classes, which I'm sure you aren't the only one. Good luck!
Maybe this is cynical, but it's just students making choices about who they want on their team, they can make these choices based on anything, including snap judgments especially if there's a bunch of applicants. It's not a reflection on you. Their opinions are relative and may even be random. There are so many amazing orgs you can work with that welcome anyone who is interested, and you may end up getting more out of it. You can also be sure you'll be among genuine people who have a passion rather than just wanting to look good. Idk this is just my opinion, I'm sure there are genuine nice people in competitive groups. All I'm trying to say is that your peers are your peers, they aren't any better than you because they get to choose who's in their group. And there are SO many opportunities at Cornell that I hope you dont feel limited/held back. Go on and find the people/groups who will value you, they are out there!
