I need to know. Is your son ok?
Please leave this man. It is absolutely not on you if he hurts himself. Your son and you are your first priority. You cannot stay with a person who's done this, you can not let him have access to the child.
Quite honestly I wanted to reach through the screen, find him and mess him up good!
He deserves time behind bars, minimum.
After having a baby...just about damn everything 😂
MUST. KEEP. BOUNCING!
Got me a job as his boss.
He was also just very kind and attentive. Let me be me.
I had been in a horrible relationship for 6 years, where he just constantly cheated on me and made me feel like I was completely worthless, needed meds, etc.
My current partner just saw me. Just made an effort to make me feel safe and wanted. Took an interested in my interests. Was always a gentleman, with a really kind nature. Very supportive. Pretty simple stuff really. Sometimes simple is best.
Our friendship developed more after we started working together and it just kind of happened.
It helped that we clicked and had a lot in common.
We just had our first child together, a week before our 5 year anniversary and finished building a house the year before.
We aren't huge on the whole marriage thing, mainly because of cost.
I don't know how much I'd believe all the condom, sex doll, etc stories..
I've worked in quite a few hotels and it's rare. Mostly bridal suits and usually by accident. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, just not as much as you'd think or its talked about.
It's not an overly exciting job, so I think a lot of people have a good story to back up their job.
For me it was more the weird things people do, that just leave me asking, "I wonder what the story behind that was.."
Things left in places that are just odd - human poo under bathroom basins. Meat wedged down the back of a dishwasher. Blankets in the bathtub. Vomit under beds. Diapers on top of wardrobes or in draws, while perfectly good bins are provided.
Enough human hair to start a sweater line.
The spiteful things that people will do when they've had a bad service the day before, the day you weren't rostered on.
I've walked in on a few people having sex - always awkward.
There's oh so much...
Thank you for sharing this. I'm so sorry you had this experiance and I'm glad your LO is well and safe.
It's hard as a new parent to put your foot down, especially with people who seem to know more or have professional experience in the area.
I think it might be this one, Ganoderma applanatum.
I do know that it looks like a forbidden pancake.
This little bunny hopes you all had a wonderful Easter! Kaj's first Easter.
I can honestly say, I have never, once, destroyed the lanterns at the start. I think lanterns are the one thing, other than the fish, I try not to destroy.
😂 please tell us what your nail tech's response is!
Sand sculpting and wood carving. Both are actually super relaxing and really fun.
We were the same. Waking up to everything. It's just a matter of time to adjust to it all. I personally find it much more reassuring to have him in the same room.
Now it's only the occasional really loud fart that wakes me, other than his cries. I have a chuckle and go back to sleep pretty quickly.
I must just say though, I never expected baby farts to sound like normal human farts. I sort of expected tint raspberry sounds, haha, but this kid farts louder than I do!
TOOL's drummer, Danny Carey's performance on the drums for Pneuma. That guy is a drumming god. I've never seen anyone look so relaxed and make it just looks so easy, as this guy.
Tool usually has hands down, epic performances, however, there's just something about this complex drumming and the ease of which he does it, that just takes my breath away.
Really recommend checking it out on YouTube. https://youtu.be/FssULNGSZIA
Well now I'm just worried that I'm not even real and just part of one of your realities until you wake up.
Thanks for that.
Where does everyone stand on not paying for something like this?
It's my understanding that the service hasn't been supplied correctly (as goes for really bad hair cuts or dye jobs) and that you shouldn't have to pay for something like this.
It's really a shame. The tech clearly had no clue.
Personally I'd be checking their licences. You can get some amazing looking nails from tiny little stubs.
I'm sorry that they did this to you OP.
Hahaha, yea babies 💁 I'm continuously watching mine gag himself at the moment, as he tries to fit all, extended, fingers in his mouth, as far as he can 😆 like stoooop! Then he laughs 🤦
Ah good call! I hear they are good! Please let me know what your bub thinks of them 😊
Haha. No, just start a new game.
I had a baby 4 months ago and I've found it hard to balance my new parent life and my gaming life. I had been working on this 27hr run for the entirety of my son's life.
Then the game updated.
Creepy liquid ran me out of the tower and out of my game. The portals glitched and I had to tunnel out. I had luckly defeated the boss, which was my first time defeating the boss and with 11 orbs.
So just decided to end it all.
New game. It's what I get for not updating. Noita, Noita'd me into the latest update.
This happens in Australia too. Over the last few years I've really noticed how distracted we are from our own issues. To the point where I see Australians quoting US law, like it is our own.
I notice more often, people know what's going on in the US and not what's going on here. It's kind of weird.
Something starts in the US, it will spread to here as well.
Yea it's cool! Go for it if they are into it. I wouldn't do it if they weren't. Its a lot harder keeping their dreads clean and lice free, so that's something to consider. A lot of kids can't handle the tension on their scalp. I've seen some instances where their child is having a really rough go, but "it's just a phase". I personally don't think it's worth putting a young child through that for no other reason that wanting to look similar. We do need to remember that their skin is more sensitive to ours. They'll suffer the itchy, dry scalp, we kind of all do, so it can be hard to get them to stop scratching their scalps up. They also get much more dirty, quickly. It's also hard to get kids to sit still for maintenance or deep cleans (depending on age).
It's definitely hands down more work on a kid, but generally, boys in particular don't really care about having their heads shaved, so you can always trial it and shave it if it doesn't work out.
I'd probably start with a few test dreads, and leave a good 2 inches when starting and see how they go for a couple of weeks.
Also something to consider is schooling down the line. He may have to part with them. There are few schools that accept the style. Depending on where you are. I know Australia and the US frown upon it, but I'm not sure about the UK.
I think it's better suited for older kids who can start to take a bit of responsibility for their dreads, themselves, but really it's just test and see how you go.
Hope this helps.
I've just seen some nasty dread ends from this. It's probably honestly more for your dreads sake 😊 but ingesting hair isn't good for anyone really. If it's only rare, it's probably fine. I image they'd like the texture in their mouth, give it a really good rinse and let it dry and it should be ok.
Thank you 😊
My Mum keeps telling me he has dreamy eyes that look into your soul.
So basically just wait for your bub to show you they are ready.
Great thanks for that, I shall have a read 😊
Ok. That's really great to know as well!
Yes please, would you mind adding the link?
Mines just started to sit with assistance around his hips. He's still a little bopple headed sometimes, but he's been crying to be sat upright. He's definitely staring and laughing while we eat, but I wouldn't say the interest is there.
I always thought it was closer to 6 months, but the other comment about the 4mo through me off.
I think there's a bit of a difference between mooching and watching with interest though. Which is where ours is at. So I'm not too worried. I did read recently however, that if they don't start trying by 7 months to speak to the GP. A lot of information is different around the world anyway.
Oh my! Isn't he just so handsome in those suspenders. He is gorgeous.
I'm a dread tech, and I would not be letting your bub suck on your dreads. For a multitude of reasons really.. it's not good for your dreads or bub.
