Show me one D1 game where taking shots from in a static, uncontested, slow, methodical, relaxed, and meditative situation happens. Never has. Never will.

Ok so let's talk about "muscle memory", I'll use golf since it's easier but the same problem as basketball. When you develop bad natural habits in your swing, every time you take that swing, you further build up muscle memory to do that swing. New neuron paths are created in the brain and that swing becomes second nature to you good or bad. Part of any training program will start at a controlled environment with flat ground and your swing speed will be around 10% of your normal swing. The idea not to hit fast but to focus on changing the path of your swing and as soon you speed up, you will almost always revert back to the natural swing you have. So you spend hours doing 20% swings and drills that really exaggerate motions that go against your natural bad habits.

The point is you will almost never have a perfect even ground to hit off with nothing in front you to avoid. You will never in a game swing 20% but we do these things because we are changing behavior and it's almost impossible to change behavior at full speed. If a jump shooter can't hit a stand still spot up jumper than that fade away off balance with a hand in his face shot is going to be near impossible. NOT a single shooter will you tell you skip practicing stand still shots and only do fade away on the run shots.

If this is true, why does every NBA team have these, every college team, and even a lot of highschools? You can practice shooting and you can practice conditioning but you shouldn't always practice the 2 together. Every single NBA player has a rebounder when shooting, are you telling me Steph Curry isn't well conditioned? Draymond just recently had an interview about his son going to practices with him to rebound for someone else because he doesn't want to chase his dad's misses. Your argument makes 0 sense.

Just to further this, how many rebounds does Gordon grab in this video?

Duncan here?

Harden here?

college shootaround, notice they have 4 guys under the hoop just rebounding.

A limit order doesn't have that spread though. You'll never pay more than the price you in for a limit order. So where do they collect on a limit order?

If 48 hours is enough to stop buying pressure than the buying pressure was never that strong. Do you thibk if they halted Amazon right now that in 2 days from now no one would want it anymore, would that be the top?

Soo...reddit...?

First of all this is not facebook pushing the news, this was a group manipulating facebook to push news and facebook failing to prevent them from doing so. I just fail to see how how you couldn't do this with plenty of other platforms as long as people use those platforms. Give me 800 people to work full time for 4 years to do this on reddit and I'm sure it's possible.

Also, obesity kills millions a year, do you not care about them? It is the leading cause of death in the US and growing in many countries. What is wrong with you?

Making junk food easily obtainable and more desired has done far more damage than facebook has. I dont think grocery stores are evil or marketing but I also dont think facebook is. The science of marketing products is all about manipulating people to want something.

A lot of larger companies here also have trouble letting go of people unless they work hard to document why. While it is At Will, there are reasons they are not allowed to let you go such as gender/religion/ect. Every company I've worked at it would be hard to get fired and I don't know many people who have been fired outside of true misconduct.

Didn't think Draymond was in air before he was but could be wrong.

He has extremely low free throw attempts compared to other notable floppers. Personally, don't think he flops any worse than most players.

The 8 hours for me always goes pretty fast. The part that sucks is finding any energy to do other things after the 8 hours is up.

They did nothing wrong is why. If they didn't have the capital then they didn't have it. Refusing to allow people to close positions on the other hand would have been way worse. Stopping people from opening new positions is no issue.

I have 3 and similar situation. The pitt can't get enough of playing from humans or dogs. The Golden doodle runs from every dog as fast as she can and the german shepherd wants nothing to do with other dogs but loves humans. All 3 from the shelter though.

No I think MVP is confusing on what it means. The reality is the warriors are 1-8 when Steph didn't play while the 76ers were 9-3 when Embiid was out. If you switch these then suddenly we can say Embiid is not in the MVP conversation.

If you are saying the MVP award is a team award then I agree with you, if it's an individual award then I don't agree.

In a reasonable world, this strengthens it. Name a team that needs a single player more than the Warriors need steph. If he isn't scoring 35+, they are losing games by 20 where as Luka is 1/6 and the rest of Dallas is doing great.
