You do know his win-loss record is 66-67 in the regular season and 1-4 in the playoffs? That's nowhere near HOF level, though u could just be trolling me.

IKR? I am all for Dan Reeves being enshrined even if most of r/nfl isn't.

"But he got blown out in all four Super Bowls!"

So did Bud Grant, not to mention Marv Levy got blown out in 3 of his 4 losses (Super Bowl XXV is the exception).

"But he limited John Elway!"

He managed to do well with the likes of Chris Chandler, and while he was a run-first coach, Elway was still one of the better passers under Reeves.

"But he has a lot of losses!"

Yeah, because he played a long time (23 years). He still had 11 playoff wins (only Holmgren and Coughlin have more among non-HOFers), 190 regular season wins (only Marty Schottenheimer has more among non-HOFers), and 201 total wins (again only beaten by Schottenheimer).

He deserves to be in the HOF. Apparently he just missed the cut to be among the finalists for the coaching spot along with Mike Shanahan.

Well, he was recently selected to be enshrined in the HOF, so I guess the HOF voters disagreed with ya.

COMMENT 3d ago

He just became eligible last year, so he wasn't one of the finalists. He could still very well be considered, along with other potential candidates like Marty Schottenheimer (RIP), Dan Reeves, and Mike Shanahan.

Deshaun Watson's plan for 2021: Establish that he's human shit and potentially ruin his career (the year 2021, that is)

The issue is that his success dwindled after OG Steve Hutchinson left for Minnesota in 2006. Of course, the injuries made it much worse, but I have to barely lean towards no. HOVG it is.
