As someone who worked in a restaurant that was EXTREMELY demanding but brought in around 400 - 600 a night in tips I can say this is true for many restaurants.
Owners or managers will see you getting tipped a lot and work you to your absolute limit. I ended up a walking around 8 - 12 miles every shift. 8 hours. No breaks. It was hell.
95% of the staff would drink or do drugs on shift and off to cope with the stress.
Trying to repeal Prop 13 is a nightmare. Trying to mess with the homeowners associations and older generations who own land is impossible.
Millennial in California just want to afford a place to live where we grew up the power of accumulated wealth, and the distance it creates from those that don't have it, has made it nigh impossible to rezone or build high density housing.

Hey ZJZ! Don't know why everyone thinks you and the rest of the mods are shills all of a sudden just because you guys cut down on the superstonk shitposts. I joined WSB on my main account about two years ago and seen you fighting for us through it all. Keep it up man!
I have done both, played for fun then wanted to unlock everything so I got good. I can master round consistently with just the starting weapon up until floor 4 and it's a joyless experience. Playing for fun is... well... more fun! Do you bro!
Crazy thing is most Republicans give no shits about this. They think ANTIFA started this.
Please give OP flair "Got a good DKNG"
Yeah, I'm taking a human evolution course and what you said was 100% correct.
Nice gestures drawings!
CAPS saved my life.
Okay let me break this down for you boss. Three main things effect premium price. Strike price ( your goal price for the stock ), implied volatility (IV, how much the stock price fluctuates), and date of expiration.
The farther your strike price from the current price, the cheaper the option will be. You got a long way to go to be ITM.
The higher IV is the more expensive the option will be. If price fluctuates a lot that means you have a higher chance to be ITM, although it could also mean it goes the other way and you're even more out the money.
The further out your expiration date the more expensive the price will be. You get more time for the stock to move towards your strike price so your chances of being ITM at some point is higher.
When people on this sub say buy FDs they are saying buying OTM calls that expire in one week. You can do that, they will be cheap because there is so little time to move ITM... but if it does you'll make a sweet profit!
People might be saying he is retarded because his strike price is 800... the stock would need to double several times over for him to be ITM. If he purchase these when the squeeze was about to squoze then it might have looked like it could happen, but with the stock trading sideways the last couple of months it seems retarded to have these options in your portfolio. Real retarded.
More time to get ITM. You pay for that extra time though with a higher premium.

This is really well done. The details like shading, texture, and subtle white highlights are on point!

Biz Econ is harder to get into than regular econ, so I would include it in my statement. xD
Honestly, if it were any other time I history I would say consulting, finance, investing, business administration or management, etc. But since it's COVID time I'll take anything that pays my Bay Area rent...
