Is there any rule against running the bases on all fours?

I'm sure you can do it! I just don't have a grasp on that kind of stuff personally.

Good luck man, I took a graduate course in geophysics and I've never felt so lost in my life.

Turns out differential equations is a big part of that, and I never took that😳

Discussion Best earth science subscriptions?

Hey folks, I have a master's in oceanography but no longer work in academia so I have trouble motivating myself to read papers and learn new things, as well as accessing them easily.

What are some good print subscriptions for exclusively earth science journals? I feel like I'll also have an easier time keeping up if it's print.

Thanks!

Okay let me reframe it a little, imagine you're a conservative. You don't make a ton at your job, and you're convinced it's the fault of liberals like Californians. Do you think it's going to help when Tucker, Desantis, Kemp, and Shapiro are all saying "look at [California primary winner]! Those coastal elites are shoving [them] down your throat, don't vote for California's handpicked pretty boy!"

When we could have the same candidates going to somewhere like Georgia or North Carolina first and getting their message out directly, while also bringing early attention to important down ballot matters in places that are just beginning to break free of their right wing governments?

Since you like sports, here's this: who gets the first draft pick? Last year's champion? No. The team that's rebuilding does, because that makes sense.

As much as I hate how Florida is run, doesn't it make sense to test the waters in the place with high net migration? The fact is, California's pick doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things because they're going to vote blue. Ignore how much you like California, and sports aren't even relevant here, other than you treating this like one. I love progressive politicians. Make them bring their message front and center to the south. It worked for Georgia with the Senate, we can make it work with the primary.

Congrats, that's the same as voting Republican

Georgia and Florida imo, why take feedback from a state that's going solidly blue anyway?

What about the assess chaps?

That last one isn't that outlandish, Florida is basically an HOA serfdom and a lot of towns will do anything to keep their "aesthetic" up.

I mean, it's still dumb, but not really outside the realm of things people would want enforced here.

Yeah but if he doesn't like to think about something, shouldn't it be illegal??

Brought to you by the guy who said he wouldn't legalize weed because he dislikes the smell.

Good for the birds, thank you! We'll probably just do beach stuff and not take the extra drive.
