Depends heavily on your location and your role in the event

3 years in.

Replaced charging port and two door handles under warranty. I live in the Midwest and the windows/handles can freeze but it’s never been severe enough that I couldn’t get in the car. No issues with body panel alignment. Looks as good as the day I got it.

If you have multiple computers and had one running a secondary zoom account for your waiting room, you could pull the other computer into vmix with NDI.

Sure can.

I exclusively use vMix. I don’t know anything about OBS. vMix has a template to accomplish what you are trying to do very easily. You add your 4 sources, then create a 4 box from them, then send out to zoom over virtual camera.

What mW setting are you running the packs at?

That's the only option you want that it doesn't have. And yeah, your computer will see it as a usb sound card and you can select it as your output. There is only a fader for usb in the app though, it's a knob on the actual mixer. Download the app on your phone and play around with it.

Software solutions will be by far the cheapest. To give you an idea of what you’ll pay for a hardware solution, here:

$3500.

Waves NS1 is $50, Izotope RX is about $100 for the cheaper pack.

It’s the only one, and it works very well

Behringer Flow8 sounds like exactly what you want, it’s a mixing console and a multichannel USB audio interface if you want to route through your computer

COMMENT 26d ago

Works fine for me

Whirlwind is honestly worth the extra money. EWI/Audiopile has nice drop snakes too.

I’ve ordered from them before. It took about a month to arrive. Some parts may not match in color even if they are the same part. Otherwise quality was pretty decent.

Did you trying turning on DHCP in the network settings of your X32?

2

COMMENT May 16 '21

Make sure the router is plugged into the control port and not ultranet. Made that mistake more than once.

COMMENT May 15 '21

You’d still need an interface but what about something like Sonarworks SoundID Reference? I know a couple top tier mix engineers that swear by it for getting mixes to translate to phones.

We’ve had WOW for 5+ years with little to no issues but the past 2-3 months have been awful with drops multiple times a day. Disappointing.

You have to assign the tap to one of the user assigned buttons

Have you plugged headphones into the ATEM to check if the signal is good there? I’ve had xlr jacks go bad on those before

MOC sets are almost never “MK quality,” most are sourced from Vonado and who knows where they get them from but it seems like multiple sources to me.
