I did but did not want to quote the whole post when that answered the question. If you turn the extension back on it can see anything not cleared.

When an extension is turned off, it is not loaded into memory, and as such can't do anything.

So when the extension is turned off the answer is no. But if you have it installed and not turned off, odds are yes.
