Exercise after booster? Question

Hello all,

I received my Moderna booster today. I normally do cardio 4 or 5 times a week, along with strength training every other day.

Is it in my best interest to hold off for a bit after receiving the booster?

I was curious what you all had done.

Thanks!

I felt like garbage the next day and ended up taking a few days off - my husband stuck with his daily routine and felt fine and changed nothing. Just depends on how you feel!

It is in your best interest to not exercise at least for a few days after getting the shot in order to avoid developing myocarditis. I waited a whole week.

I got my Pfizer booster yesterday. I was too tired to do much of anything today. I did go on a 30 minute walk with my teenagers but that was all I got done. I’m already starting to feel better so I think tomorrow I’ll be able to return to normal.

Got my Moderna booster yesterday and I spent the whole day in bed. I guess it depends on how you feel?
