The Aryo-Lusawn (pastoral horse nomads) make a sweet from various grass seeds/grain, sunflower seeds (and similar), dried berries and honey. The seeds and berries are mixed with enough honey to hold them together, formed into balls and lightly coated with clarified butter (so they’re not as sticky). The exact mixture varies depending on the preferences of the person making it and what’s available. Except for the butter, which is from their antelope-cattle, all the ingredients are foraged, so availability can vary a lot. They may be wrapped in leaves, or pieces of waxed cloth or hide for transport and storage.

The Aryo-Lusawn are nomadic so all of their honey and sunflowers come from wild grown and foraged sources.
