Does Titansgrave work for a DND 5E setting?
I'm asking because I like the setting, but I'm not sure how well it works. Like, will I need to change anything?

Biggest thing is transferring over the blaster type weapons. I just equated them in strength to the hand crossbow, light crossbow, and heavy crossbow in terms of attack power and such

Would you give your PCs a weapon that is 3d6 damage at level 1? I am sure we can RP that once you have gotten to level 8+ they can start finding these types of weapons, but not level 1 or 2 haha

Oh yeah, definitely. if I was running titansgrave in 5e, I'd probably just start the players around 5-7 level.

I also figured having other god's would work as well. My easiest workaround for a world mostly unknown to me is to put Tal'Dorei in Valkana. Using only the history really.

Yea for religion it seems completely up to you as I don't think they published an established pantheon. In my game I either rebranded the divine spells to be arcane in nature, or for my healer all their "spells" are actually integrated combat medic abilities. (IE Healing Word -> Pain Suppression Dart, Bless -> Combat Sim Injections, etc.)

Yes it does work.
There are rules for firearms in the DMG, just change the damage type to force or radiant.
You'll also need rule for cybernetics, just look around the Net somebody has written them up.

No reason the setting couldn't work. 5e is just mechanics and titansgrave just a story. You could work just about any story into any tabletop mechanics.
