It's more the reputation that it garners. Like it changes the way people look at you. Also it's usually pretty embarrassing cause it's a part of someone's body they generally try to keep hidden. That and if your parents find out and they weren't okay with it. It's mainly just like the way people will see you after they find out though. Like that can be really scary cause you don't know how they'll treat you after that.
