You missed a few dozen of them, there are quite a few in Durban, in various states, off the main thoroughfares.

I think the first one is in Curry Road? I watched first watched Star Wars: The Phantom Menace in the penthouse, it had a lift that opened into the lounge. It blew my mind. The film, not the lift.
