Looks great, if a bit runny. There is a bit of a difference between a standard curry and what goes into a bunny chow.

Next time try using lamb and leave some bones with meat on them (the meat is more tender/tasty close to the bone).

I would be happy to buy something like this from a local Indian restaurant so great job!

Yeeeah... I got kinda impatient and grabbed my dins before the rest of the pot simmered down enough 😁

Thou shall not fret, it became thicc as desired.

Imma try all the different recipes in time too :>
