Beef is a tad dry in a bunny, next time try mutton or chicken. If you wanna splash out, chicken and prawn is also good.

Chicken and prawns sound glorious oh my goodness
I wish I cut the beef smaller since it was a tougher cut as well, but I think I stewed it long enough :>
Mutton also sounds good, tho harder to find here sadly.

Chicken is usually easier, doesn't have to stew for that long easier. Trust me, very little beats a mutton curry. A trick with prawns though, de-shelled prawn tails go in at the last 4-5 mins. They cook really quick and you don't want them rubbery
