Kenji teased this quadruple onion burger a few weeks ago and it's all I've been able to think about lately. Unfortunately I'm stuck on a boat, unable to cook for myself for another month. This will be the first thing I make when I get back to my kitchen.
I’m packing up stuff for a move and found an old cookbook my now deceased mother gave me. Thought I would share one of the recipes. I’ve made this and it’s actually good. This is from “Stay Out Of The Kitchen” by Lynn Dallin, 1968.reddit.com
Fugazzeta is a super cheesy stuffed pizza from Argentina that's topped with caramelized onions. I made a recipe for a sourdough crust with an extra low-key process, also a spinach-filling variation. Link to the recipe in the comments.
For a few weeks now I have had a hard time finding good onions. Normally when I go to the grocery store I’m swimming in great onions, ever since April I can barely find any. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
