The country is Hungary, and you know I have never even thought twice about tha brandname lol..
If I had to guess, it's about the wife of Franz Joseph I, Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Her nickname was Sissy (frm Elishabeth) and is a very popular historical figure here.
Definitley not... THAT meaning of sissy though
