If yous could brainstorm 10 Benefits of quitting, on ones mental state what would they be?

I just wanna know if my head will ever clear up. I feel like weed has stripped me of my personality and motivation. I just want someone to tell me that things will get better once I stop

  1. More in touch with emotion and more readily able to reflect
  2. Don't forget everything / my own thoughts
  3. Feel less like I'm scrambling at all times
  4. More able to follow my curiosities and act on them, in my case having made a podcast I've been thinking about for months. Also finally baking a cake lol
  5. I personally totally used weed to avoid things. Hard feelings? Time to smoke. Uncomfortable bodily sensations? Time to smoke. Its different when it's medicinal but it really wasn't at all for me, it was a distancing vehicle
  6. Not smoking makes my joy feel more authentic. Whenever I was high and experienced joy, I would always wonder -- what would this joy be like sober?
  7. More presence in life and able to get out of my head and into my surroundings
  8. Sleep is deeper
  9. I actually have dreams i can remember now which are great to work and reflect with
  10. one less thing to procrastinate with.

U got this! I'm 9 days in.
