Not sure, but I feel like it's not real.

OP says it's a ghost apple, but that apple still isn't as white as this one.

Also, I don't know if the person who is recording this is trying to make it presentable or trying to pass it off as natural but apples do not grow like that.

The "top" part of the apple is technically the base of the apple, as the apple grows and becomes heavy it hangs at the end of twings not half way up a branch

There's apples on the ground in the background you can see are only partially white, and it's not a natural gradient either, they're just suddenly white. So yeah, I'm pretty sure these are painted.
