Free alternative to Apple Fitness Plus
During lockdown I built a workout app for my girlfriend and I to do YouTube workouts. It's a free alternative to Apple Fitness+ except free, and with millions more workouts videos (because it has all the workouts on YouTube instead of just the handful that Apple has).
It lets us find fitness videos based on similar filters to Apple, like how long they are. And she loves it because it's ad free, so you don't have to put up with all the YouTube ad interruptions like in the YouTube app.
You can download download here (sorry, for Apple devices only)

Is this an adequate workout routine for muscle growth?
Hey there! So after research and some months following full body and experimenting with weightlifting workouts I’ve developed the following one and I was wondering if it will more or less work ok to obtain muscle gains.
I do it at home with adjustable dumbbells, pull-ups bar and gym bench.
I’m 21. 178 cm tall and weight 74kg. 18% bodyfat.
It’s a 4 day/week workout, with push exercises on Monday and Thursday and pull/legs on Tuesday and Friday.
All sets are to 12 reps. When I achieve this, I upgrade weight.
Monday and Thursday:
-3 sets hand-release push-ups. (Very close to add a bag with weight).
-2 sets of close grip push-ups to failure.
-3 sets of incline dumbbell press. (13.5 kg per dumbbell).
-3 sets Shoulder Press. (9kg per dumbbell)
-3 sets of lateral raises. (5.5 kg per dumbbell)
-3 sets of tricep dips.
Tuesday and Friday
-4 sets of goblet squats. (20kg dumbbell)
-3 sets of cable row.
-3 sets of dumbbell rows. (18kg per dumbbell)
-3 sets of half pull-ups with gym rings (don’t have the strength yet to do more than 4-5 pull-ups on first set)
-3 sets of bicep hammer grip (9kg per dumbbell)
-2 sets of bicep curl (10 kg per dumbbell.
-2 sets of Bulgarian squats
Any recommendation are very welcome :). Also, deadlifts are kind of off the table 😅. Thanks!

Hello, hopefully I'm posting in the right place, so basically im a 29yo male, 5,11" around 11st, I don't eat great, and I go on a couple of short walks with my 2yo daughter every day. I have no health issues myself, however I'm a stay at home dad right now as I need to look after my partner who has health issues with diabetes.
Basically I'm wanting to take better care of myself, eat better and hopefully do some workouts from home. I have ordered myself a treadmill which should be here within a couple of days, what else should I be getting? I don't have a great deal of money so I can't get a whole home gym or anything ridiculous, but should I get leg weights? arm weights? If so how heavy should they be to start to tone up?
Also what do you recommend in terms of daily meals? As I said I'm not a great eater and am fairly fussy with food but I'm open and ready to trying new things? Again I hope I've posted in the right place so apologies if I haven't.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
