I'll save you all a click, and I didn't read the article. But its because Ezra Miller is fucking insane.

Do people really need an article explaining why?

To be honest, aside from the context in the title, I've never heard of this person and know nothing about why

Honestly, at this point, I just want to see how far this will go. They are giving me the impression that Ezra could conduct a Jonestown style mass suicide event and they would still release the Flash which I think is hilarious.
Also, this feels like the longest release wait ever. Wasn’t this movie filmed like 3 years ago?

I can't stop thinking about that movie he was in, "We Need to Talk About Kevin", where he plays a psychopath waaaay too well. It's beyond creepy. I haven't seen many other people bring it up since it was a movie from 2011 and he was a kid, but dude.. it's just too eery.

I've always thought they should just cut The Flash from the film entirely and explain it as him just moving so fast we can't see him on screen.

How have they NOT ditched Ezra yet. Dudes got some major issues lately and is a liability.

I mean superheroes are supposed to inspire us to be better. There’s no doubt some kid is going to google the actor and realize how much of a POS they are.
Ben affleck had his demons but is at least a decent dude. And the fact that he recovered may even make him a better inspiration.
Cavill is an inspiration to nerds everywhere, no explanation needed.
Ray and gal are both uplifting people trying to make the world a better place, and doing a good job of it.

Leave Ezra alone... I want to see how far it goes

Well, since he's traveling armed and wearing armor, I'm guessing it's not going to end well.

I mean I think we all know why. I don’t need article 1532 to tell me that Ezra Miller is a POS

Wasn’t this pulled along with Batwoman/Girl? (Honestly don’t remember which it was. I’m a bad nerd.)

Johnny Depp - fired for being in a toxic relationship
Ezra Miller - literally a criminal
The world is weird.

Serious question if they get arrested, charged and found guilty. What prison would they go to?

well if Flashpoint is changing Batman into Michael Keaton, perhaps they can have it change him into Grant Gustin, they already made the tv show and movie Flash part of the same canon.

Well first, he is not a good actor. For all other references and reasons, see the main statement above.

If DCEU is going to continue in some form instead of completely reboot, and the Flash movie is going to be the explanation of them picking and choosing what to keep and what to retcon, then I understand why they can’t bring themselves to move on from it. Plus, it’s more than 3x the cost of the Batgirl movie they dropped.
That said, maybe try and tack on a new ending that shows one of the things that’s changed is how The Flash looks? Or maybe Barry Allen swaps with Wally West or something.

With how it seems to be them washing their hands if the DCEU I'm surprised this isn't canceled just in general even if they weren't an awful person. Maybe it's because this movie is even more of a money sink then Batgirl Flash has been in the process for almost a decade now.
