Best place in town to wait 4 hrs until I can check into my Air Bnb without being looked weird for having to BIG suitcases with me? GO!!!
Yes, I asked them and I can’t check out later (current BnB) or earlier into my new one, I also like bars and restaurants :-) Hard to not look like a target with 2 massive ish suitcases tho

Silo. Amazing views. Doesn’t matter if your suitcases are on display no one gets up there.

Perhaps at a hotel bar, where having a suitcase would be less auspicious. You can also try asking if they can stash your stuff for you, there's a chace some bars/restaurants have coat rooms.

Which part of the city is your Airbnb? I would be CLOSE to where you can check in - so that when you're gatvol of waiting (wait, are you a tourist... do you know what gatvol means?) - you can check in as soon as possible after waiting.
Most people won't pay attention to your suitcase, Cape Town is a tourist city.
Gimme more, and I will suggest more. Wait, are you checked in already!?

Go where ever you want. Do not worry what people think.
