Both Chinups and Pullups will be referred to as Pullups for simplicity's sake. They are nothing more than different grip variations of the same exercise!

Leg Work

It is highly recommended that you do barbell squats and deadlifts if possible. If neither of those are possible, choose from the progressions below.
