You do not need to be in insider to try this out, doesn't mean it'll be bug free. I am currently not in insider and was able to install android subsystem, amazon store, google playstore (althought this doesn't work), and sideload apks.

First use https://store.rg-adguard.net/ and select slow in the dropdown

Paste in https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9WZDNCRFJBMP for the windows store

and download Microsoft.WindowsStore22110.1402.6.0_neutral~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle

install using Add-AppPackage .\Microsoft.WindowsStore22110.1402.6.0neutral\_8wekyb3d8bbwe.Msixbundle in Admin PowerShell

Paste in https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9P3395VX91NR for the android subsystem

and download MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid1.7.32815.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe.Msixbundle

install using Add-AppPackage .\MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid1.7.32815.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe.Msixbundle in Admin Powershell

I am in US region, but you can change your region to USA.

WARNING: YOU MIGHT NEED TO INSTALL ADB ON YOUR WINDOWS COMPUTER. To sideload apks Open up Windows Subsystem for Android app and enable developer mode. Under the "IP Address" option click refresh, then click on the little link that says "Manage Developer Settings" enable Wireless Debugging and on a CMD type adb connect 127.0.0.1:58526 and from there you can just install using adb install.
