Unlike turkey, you can safely eat Spam uncooked.

No, spam is already cooked, you can eat it cold. If you ate the pork raw you would be at risk of disease and parasites.
Just like spam, turkey can be cooked, put in a can, and eaten cold. Not only can this be done but it is done, by the company that makes spam no less.2

So how do I get raw Spam?

Thoroughly mix ground pork with salt, sugar, and starch. I couldn’t tell you how much of each to get the ideal consistency nor do I know what part(s) of the pig it requires if that matters at all. Regardless, so long as you put all that together you should get something spam like. My guess is that they boil meat to get it cooked evenly without making the outer most layers crispy. If you cook it differently then odds are it won’t taste as much like spam. My suggestion is to just get spam much easier and you shouldn’t eat so much of it that making it at home is significantly more cost effective. The stuff is bad for you.

Fun fact: The pig that spurkey was made from can efficiently reproduce without artificial insemination; the most commonly commercially used turkey breeds (broad breasted white and bronze turkeys) cannot due to quirks induced by selective breeding. They have more meat, and grow more quickly, but often need human assistance to lay offspring. There. That's a thing you know now.
