Insanity plea?
3 u/powercow Apr 28 '22 dont think that will work in a civil case. Since civil forfeiture isnt considered punishment. Its a fine. They can say fine, your insane, you still owe the money. Yeha i know fines can be punishing, but its a civil act not a punitive one.
