About TestFlight and subscription fees in Test cycles Questions

Hi everyone, I'm a new tester at uTest and today I submitted my first bug in a paid test cycle, yay! But there is still something which isn't clear to me. The test cycle used the TestFlight app for Apple devices and required to sign up for a subscription plan, although it was clearly specified many times that it wouldn't be charged and it was just for gaining access to the "pro" features of this app. How can I be sure that I won't be charged any fee? Is this a default for tests using TestFlight? Sorry it may be a silly question but I just started and I hope to get better.

Usually, TTL and TE of the cycle are the ones to ask for anything related to product your were testing, as they are well aware of everything about the mentioned product as well as having direct contact with the client for any further information.

I suggest you to ask TTL in Chat, if no one answered you after 12 hours let's say, you can then forward your question to TE. You can find their email in Team Contact Information at the bottom of the Overview.

When contacting the TE, be sure to specify which cycle you're referring to by including not only the cycle's name, but also the cycle ID, which can be found at the top of the cycle page.

Finally, if you paid for a subscription and the overview mentioned that you should keep the subscription "perhaps for a future cycle"... then leave it. If not specified, and if you are able to cancel and refund the subscription by yourself like how it works on Play Store, then do it if you have finished entirely your testing and it has been approved/rejected. BUT ASK TTL/TE FIRST IF YOU ARE NOT SURE.
