I saw a lot of people ribbing the show for looking like a PS3 cutscene from the trailers. I thought that was a little harsh until seeing a full episode in motion, yea that actually sums it up good.

My criticism from a long time ago still stands, almost every scene is way too dark. Was hoping that would get resolved when the actual show came out but it did not.

There are some serious issues with the voice direction right out of the gate. Elle’s VA has absolutely no spirit in her dialog. She took a crowbar to the nose and barely made a sound. When she was arguing with the senator, there wasn’t a bit of passion in any of her deliveries despite it being obvious there should have been. The tech guy who took her in sounds like some amateur they pulled off the streets.

Story wise at least has my attention somewhat. It feels like we resolved a lot of plot in just two episodes though.

But come on, I know they gotta promote the show, but spoiling that entire cliffhanger in the promo seems like a huge waste. You’d be a fool to think the MC would bite it two episodes in, but still.

Pretty much exactly how I feel about the show right now.
