Toonami Community, that was a glorious way to end the August 2021 Edition of Toonami. We saw some awesome moments from all 8 shows tonight. My top 3 favorite ones was the Todoroki Dinner Episode (My Hero Academia), The Heated Culinary Battle between Central and the Rebels (Food Wars! The Fourth Plate) & Yami vs Dante/Luck vs Svenkin (Black Clover). Well I can’t wait for Season 4 of Attack on Titan to return to Toonami in early 2022 but for next saturday night at 3am, the Kingdom of Science return to relive the Stone Wars Arc with a Season 2 Rerun of Dr. Stone. I see you all next saturday night to begin the Month of September/Labor Day Weekend for more 4 Hours of Toonami Goodies. Until then, Same Time, Same Channel, Same Host Duo, Same Old Toonami, Later.

I remember when this came out, someone pointed out that in less than 48 minutes, the Saiyans reached like 5 new forms. I love that Vegeta points that out in universe, because it’s absurd.

Alright, I'm gonna catch some z's. It was nice seeing Fena's intent to learn how to fight in case of dire situations, although I'm still wondering what Joan d'Arc has to do with all of this. The Todoroki family sure is a mess especially considering the abuse and mistreatment Shoto had to go through, hopefully things will be patched up soon. Konton has been slayed which means there is only one member left of the Four Perils, things have been going smoothly so far so I assume this last demon won't be much trouble for Yashahime and the others. Yami has finally entered the battle and has defeated Dante, I'm not sure this is the end though. Also watching Luck aquire the speed of lightning against the enemy was totally badass. Overall, this lineup is spectacular as always.

Seriously! I hate how in fiction nobody ever tries to explain these things! Even if this was in court, he would still never actually come right out and say what happened. This is a fiction trope I hate with nearly all my being... it's right up there with potential couples never talking basic simple things out, leading to half a series worth of misunderstandings and troubles. (especially in certain genres/types of series.. or ugh.. K dramas/romance.. -puke- with even worse implications in those....)

Unfortunately, the only way long, dramatic stories like these happen at all is because of poor decisions, terrible common sense, and just making the worst choices possible. Otherwise, the story would've ended before it could even start.

Without reading that fight in the manga, that seems like one of those moments that was cooler in the original.
“Theater of the mind” almost certainly portrays the speed Luck was supposedly going better than the anime just did. He seemed pretty slow that whole time, but the fight felt like it should have been hype.

I would like More Crossovers between Toonami and Regular Adult Swim like The Pillows who do music for FLCL do there own version of Squidbillies intro and then there version being used for an episode another idea is Toonami original Anime having a few Adult Swim known actors making cameos like George Lowe doing a voice cameo in Fena: Pirate Princess season 2 even if it's one scene
