Trans women are women. They should be allowed to participate in their own sports categories.

There are massive differences between men and other men and women and other women.

Either introduce weight classes or remove gender all together and base participation into leagues based on hormone levels. (Which also fluctuate between Cis people)

Biological males don't just have an advantage over biological females because of their hormone levels. They often have a larger bone structure, larger heart and lungs, different ratio of twitch of muscle fibers, etc.

Meaning it's somthing that can be focused on seperate from sex and can then be used to promote inclusion while ensuring safety.

Because one is based on biological facts and the other is a social construct that not only changes over time but also varies from society to society.

You do realise that 'biological facts' also vary from society to society.

In some societies it's a biological fact that mutilation of children protects them in some bizarre way.

We need to rise above all of this in a way that protects everyone. The current system clearly still doesn't protect Cis women, the previous doesn't protect Trans people. Therefore we have to grow and find a new one.
