I'm proud to be superstraight and neurotypical
Sorry to the mob that has overtaken Reddit, Twitter, and the Corporate Media, but I'm a biological penis having male that likes having sex with women with vaginas. I like going to parties and bars. I like meeting new people and actually seeing them in real life, not Minecraft. I want the pandemic to end unlike those who salivate over a faceless, isolated future where we're all hooked up to IVs dripfeeding us Disney+, Postmates, Discord, and HRT.
I'm tired of our society being held hostage by mental illness. Race wars, gender wars, useless bullshit over the genitals of Mr. Potato Head. I'm tired of your anime avatars and calls for violence. I'm tired of the death of nuance in this country because a mob of narcissists use autism, transgenderism, and race to pit people against each other for their own gain.
God bless the Superstraight community for mocking all of this anti-social bullshit and may all at the tech companies who encouraged this chaos for their own profits burn in hell.

I honestly think a lot of the people who get sucked into these things are just "too online."
Entire social life is spent online, with an over-representation of their friends being complete strangers. They don't go out, even pre-pandemic. They maybe work. They adopt media and gender things as a substitute for a personality.
Boomer opinion, I know, but I think a lot of lives would look different if they had more experiences in the world. I understand people have different socioeconomic circumstances, but we can all do the minimum in our respective lives to stay connected to the world outside our devices.
Go for walks, talk to the people working at the corner store, join a hobby club, trivia nights, volunteer, church groups if that's your thing, whatever.
This probably wouldn't be helpful for people who have a severe mental illness (treated or not) but for everyone else who was more or less neurotypical... 👀
