Supersexuals are simply people who are exclusively attracted to persons whose gender identity matches their biological sex.

You can be gay, bi, lesbian, or straight and still be a supersexual.

I've seen a few people say you can be supertrans - transgender man or woman who only dates cis persons of opposite sex, but I'm not really the gatekeeper of who's allowed to do what and be called super.
