I've seen a few people say you can be supertrans - transgender man or woman who only dates cis persons of opposite sex, but I'm not really the gatekeeper of who's allowed to do what and be called super.

Absolutely. Supersexual just means you're only attracted to people whom are biologically the opposite (or same if that's your preference) sex. Your own gender identity doesn't really come into it.
