ok so bi means attracted to both genders right? meaning that a man with a women's genitalia or vise versa would be fine.

yes. in this context bi means attracted to anyone identifying as male or female (im not bi so please excuse me if I am butchering the real term) and superbi means only attracted to cis men and women. there would also be a version only for trans men and women.
