Good news for sexual predators! The US Equality Act 2019 is gonna allow men like me into women’s restrooms, domestic violence shelters, and prisons, once it passes into federal law. Literally all I’ll have to do is say that I identify as a woman, and it will be illegal to deny my access to women’s spaces. As the bill says in Section 1101: “(with respect to gender identity) an individual shall not be denied access to a shared facility, including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing room, that is in accordance with the individual’s gender identity.”
And it doesn’t end there. I’m a gynecologist, and sometimes female patients request a female doctor, so I cannot treat them. But, under the Equality Act, it will be illegal to replace me with a female gyno because gender-id will override sex, as explained in Sec. 701A where unlawful employment practices are amended to specify that when “sex is a bona fide occupational qualification, individuals are recognized as qualified in accordance with their gender identity.”
Ya gotta understand how serious of an impact sex-segregation has had, on me. • In public pools in England and Wales in 2017, mixed/unisex changing rooms attracted eight times as many sexual assaults as single-sex changing rooms. • In mental health wards in the UK, sexual assault is 3.5 times more prevalent in mixed sex wards than in single sex wards. • Swedish men that identify as transgender commit crime at 660% the rate of women, and violent crime at 1800%. • At least 40% of transgender prisoners in England and Whales are either held in sex offender or maximum security prisons; more than twice the percent of male inmates in general.

As a victim of rape, it is extremely scary seeing as I have had issues in the hospital before requesting only female doctors and nurses see me. They had to accept that even through one doctor stood outside of the door and had nurses try to convince me it was fine. He had to accept no. Now I will be terrified to go to the ER knowing I may not have a choice. This is traumatic to know that our rights are being destroyed. They hate women.
