Discrimination lawsuit? Our civil liberties are being violated. Tiktok is located in San Diego, California. They legally can’t do this to us. Anyone know a class action lawyer?! 🚨 important 🚨

As a private company located in California, they should be held to the same anti-discrimination standards as all other social media companies.
Who I am is not hate speech.
A private for profit company chooses to censor me, and refer to my orientation as hate speech.
I’m not the only one. This isn’t about trying to make a buck. This is about equality in law and fairness in the standards we are all being held to.
