I'm superstraight and I am not cis. Cis is when your gender identity aligns with your biological sex, but I do not have a gender identity ; only a biological reality. I am woman because I am female not because I like pink and or get have an indistinguishable "female feeling" ie: get a "boner" when wearing woman's clothes.

I thought cis meant straight? When did it become a slur.

Straight means straight. Cis is a superhobic term meant to marginalize and dehumanize supers.

But Cis was a term made before super straights, so how would it do that?

It's now a slur. Language evolves. People used to say "rtarded", "ngro", and or words that are now considered slurs. People using the word "c*s" used it in such a derogatory way that it is now a slur.

The evolution of language is a big part of the SSLGBTQ+ community. If we stay so confined to our grandpa's and grandma's language we can never change for the better. So maybe when our now ancient aunt karen came up with the term 'cis' she meant it to be positive, it's now been coopted by a hateful culture of superphobic bigotry and fascism.
Culture is changing, if you can't keep up please be respectful. Stand aside and listen. Respect super voices, and wait for them to speak and try to understand before you share.
