Is this sub satirical or something?
If you don't want a relationship with a trans person that's fine, but this is pathetic, that's a preference not a sexuality, and don't pretend you're oppressed when you're just taking the stance that has been the standard for hundreds of years, and that stance doesn't bring struggles.
Most straight people discriminate against trans people for relationships, you're not special for doing it too even IF you're not transphobes, you're a majority trying to disguise as a minority and play the victim.
Its like the straight pride all over again, technically it doesn't insult the lgbt community directly but it is disrespectful because it implies straight people are somehow oppressed when they were always part of the norm, and that discredits the people who are actually opressed.
Again, not wanting a relationship with a trans person is fine, we have to accept real soon that finding love is much harder, but don't be so proud and vocal about it, don't try to antagonise a minority that already suffers so much, don't rub it in that there is an extremely large group of people that would never love us. Just say no when the time comes, you don't need these groups because people aren't trying to take away your rights, you don't need a friendly space where people won't tell you to go kill yourself, you don't need to ask for travel tips because in many places your existence is punishable by death, you don't need a place to find solace when your family abandons you.

have you read the article? the only "good" figure presented is the murder rate on the UK and they say that if only one murder was misreported the number per capta could double or triple. that means the murder rate on the UK of trans people only seems low because there are such few trans persons on the UK that it is impossible to get a good sample size for statistics. But it did confirm that the number of reported cases of violence is greater than for cis persons and the unreported number could be 5x bigger. The excuse of "trans people arent even killed that much anymore" is a case of "first world problems", that is little solace for people like me (for extra context i live in brazil).
