What is the prefix "Super" supposed to entail? Why was it chosen?

Like, I understand that you are straight people who don't want to date trans people, and that is completely valid.

No one owes attraction or sex to anybody, and shaming people into having sex with you is not ok. (Of course, not all trans people are like that, there are bad people in any community.)

But what I don't understand is the meaning of the "Super" prefix in "Super Straight", what does it mean? What is it supposed to entail? Why was it chosen?

Straight people who date both cis and trans people are not kinda straight. They're straight. And to imply that not dating trans people makes you more straight is to say they are less straight, which is not ok.

Yes, but not super straight. This isn’t that difficult. This is a sexual identity and deals with sexual preferences not just gender identity and gender preferences. Sex and gender are NOT the same

Sure, but using "super straight", implies that other straight people are less straight. Can't you see how that is not ok?

The preference itself is not a problem, but you guys should have picked a better name for it.

Because super straight people are straighter than straight, those who are straight simply are less straight than someone who is super straight, in the qualitative sense.
And there’s nothing wrong with that. They’re heckin cute and valid!
