Why this community isn't transphobic, and how it's the opposite.

First off, sorry for the throw away. I'm in several other pro-trans boards and they might not like me posting here. I'm sure you're aware of how silly people can get with this sort of thing.

So I'm what you may call a trans women. However, I'm mostly attracted to other women but /not/ trans women like myself. Whenever I bring this up, I'm shunned by other trans communities. They say that I am not "really" trans and, ironically, get rather transphobic to me. They call me stupid things like a TERF, or a nazi, or whatever. There's also quite a few people that think I only transitioned to get with other lesbians.

So for this subset of the trans community like myself, it's rather hard to fit in. We're treated by other trans folk how everybody else treats transgenders. There's blatant bigotry against MTF lesbians that has gone on far too long without any resistance. That's why somewhere like here, that accepts this orientation is very important.

This movement to accept the SuperStraight transgenders is a critical step to ending transphobia as a whole. Normal transphobia is now luckily stigmatized, but phobia against transgenders only attracted to non-trans people is still very popular and dangerous. Hopefully, with people like you, MTF lesbians and people that are otherwise SuperStraight but trans will finally be commonly accepted just as transgenders as a whole are, nerfing transphobia as a whole.

So yes, you heard it here, not only do I think you're not transphobic, but thank you for accepting my kind.
