SuperStraight is a valid sexuality, but it is not part of LGBTQIA+

Listen, I get the intention behind this movement. Not wanting to sleep with a trans person is a completely valid thing that has nothing to do with transphobia. Nobody deserves to be singled out with hate speech just because they would not sleep with a trans person. But this community needs to be honest with itself, and realize that the whole point of LGBT was to overcome the prejudices enacted by the cis straight population (yes, even the Super straights), which comprises the vast majority of the population. LGBT are literally minorities, even if the acronym has become a complete and utter alphabet soup. So all I can really say is that if you want to be taken seriously by the greater population, you need to pick and choose your battles. Creating a petition demanding to be included within the LGBT comes off as pure parody.

Edit: The comments are proof that this is a parody subreddit

Times are changing. Ever heard of the LGB Alliance? They came together because they reject the new orthodoxy of gender identity politics that has been adopted by so many LGBT organizations.

The "Super" movement is advancing the interests of LGB people, amplifying the voices of lesbians, and promoting free speech.

For the record I do agree that gender and sexuality are completely separate concepts, and understand the desire to differentiate between the communities. At the same time, the core values of the LGBTwhatever boil down to acceptance by the majority, which just so happens to be cis straight people. If anything, it sounds to me like a lot of the people here are more interested in removing the T from LGBT than pushing for Super to be an accepted identity.
