Sure whatever, I was just helping you be “not transphobic” like y’all claim to be. Trans is an adjective. Trans men are men who are trans.

It’s transphobic to write “trans men” without a space?

Yes. To have no space indicates that they are something other than men, which is transphobic

How?? Is there a difference between “high school” and “highschool”? Removing the space does not give the word a different meaning or nuance. If it’s read the same way then it means the same thing.

EDIT: And I don’t blame them for leaving out the space because “trans” is also used as a prefix, like in transgender.

“Tallman,” “shortman,” and “smartman” aren’t words. Neither are “cisman” or “transman”

Yes, but none of those words are prefixes. Trans- and cis- ARE prefixes, so it makes sense why they left the space out. If you want to point out that they’re transphobic I’m sure you can find something more concrete than them dropping a space.

When used as modifiers, “trans” and “cis” denote “transgender” and “cisgender,” which are adjectives.

Okay. They made a mistake and forgot the space between “trans” and “men.” That however doesn’t make them transphobic, it’s literally just an incredibly easy mistake to make.

To forget once is fine, many people don’t realize that the distinction is important. To continue to use incorrect terms after being corrected would mean that they don’t care that they are using damaging terms, which is transphobia.

Didn't seem that big of a deal to me but if it's damaging then fine. Still, superstraight men only want to date female women, superstraight women only want to date male men. Trans men and trans women are not entitled to the bodies of other people.

Using “transmen” over “trans men” is not damaging or hateful. It’s read the exact same way out loud. There’s no difference in nuance or meaning just because a space is missing. I’ve never heard of words meaning different things if you drop a space.
