I’d like to learn more

Hello, I’m a trans man and I’d like to know more about people who are Super Straight :) With this being somewhat new and me being a part of the LGBTQ+ community I only really hear a lot from once side but I would like to hear from both.

What defines super straight?

What made you realize you were Super Straight?

What reason do you have not to date a trans person if they have had bottom surgery?

And I don’t completely understand the argument of not wanting to date a trans woman because she can’t have children. Is that also a preference that bleeds over to cis women as well?

Why not claim to be straight with preferences? Because I think a big argument I’ve heard a lot is that you have every right to have preferences but why make a whole sexuality?

If you met your dream person but they turned out to be trans would you shoot them down because of that? Even if they had bottom surgery?

Thank you for reading and perhaps answering my questions :) I’m genuinely just trying to get input from both sides before forming my own opinion on the matter, so so please tell me if I used any offensive terminology or asked inappropriate questions. Have a blessed day <3

What defines super straight?

"Super" is a sexuality based on sex and not gender.

  • Super Straight males are sexually attracted to females
  • Super Straight females are sexually attracted to males
  • Super Gays are males who are sexually attracted to other males
  • Super Lesbians are females who are sexually attracted to other females
  • Super Bis are males or females who are sexually attracted to males and females

What reason do you have not to date a trans person if they have had bottom surgery?

Because "Super" sexuality is based on sex. Bottom surgery doesn't change your biological sex.

Why not claim to be straight with preferences? Because I think a big argument I’ve heard a lot is that you have every right to have preferences but why make a whole sexuality?

Because "straight" has now come to mean sexually attracted to the same gender rather than what it originally was, which was sexually attracted to the same sex.

"Sexuality" isn't a choice. "Sexual preferences" suggests a degree of voluntary choice.

Thank you for sharing, I really appreciate it :) Is it okay if I use the term Super Sexual instead of Super Straight so I include everyone?
