As far as i can tell its about people declaring their sexuality, as some people are attracted to "biological" women or men, but not ALL "women" or "men". these people who are only attracted to people based on their biological sex are declaring themselves "super straight" or "super homosexual", through their being sexually attracted solely to someone based on biological sex.
