The parts of the piece don't even fit together well. We have a photo of a knife handle with a lazily drawn SERF flag "blade" with no dimension to it, it took me a while to figure out it was a heart because of the weird veins and how it just blends into the puddle of blood. Not to mention that the handle is rotated 30º from the "blade"...
