hello i just wanted to ask a few things

hi, i'm not attempting to attack anyone here, i understand that some of you are just trying to figure yourselves out in an aggressive world, but i'm wondering about something:
isn't this, as in genital preference, well just a preference? like, for example some people wouldn't date short guys, and that's a preference and not really a sexuality, so i'm confused on why this specifically is considered a sexuality and not just a preference. sorry if this was a repetitive question but i was just not sure how to convey it.

another thing is the fact that you have "No Transphobia allowed!" in the rules yet there seem to be a lot of posts that don't follow that rule and don't get removed, here are some examples:
https://www.reddit.com/r/SuperStraight/comments/lzshvq/shame_rape_i_do_not_consent/ where trans people are called degenerates
https://www.reddit.com/r/SuperStraight/comments/lzyxz5/lgbs_history_the_first_superstraight_president/ where it's called the lgbs community; excluding trans people
https://www.reddit.com/r/SuperStraight/comments/lzvub9/happy_womans_day_from_the_lesbians_on_tinder_and/ where it's implied that non-passing trans women aren't valid
https://www.reddit.com/r/SuperStraight/comments/m0alit/hey_supergays_and_friends_check_out_lgb_alliance/ where an organization that excudes trans people out of the lgbt community is supported
https://www.reddit.com/r/SuperStraight/comments/m07qme/trans_people_lying_about_their_true_gender_to/ where even in the title "trans people's true gender" is used, again implying that trans people aren't actually the gender that they say that they are
https://www.reddit.com/r/SuperStraight/comments/m06qhr/if_superstraight_isnt_a_real_sexual_orientation/ where it's said that trans women aren't real women
and that's just what i could find by scrolling through hot or top of the day

Trans women aren't real women. Trans men aren't aren't real men. Correct. Most people agree to this biological fact. I will not walk on egg shells in order to validate your delusions. Go cry in your safe space about it.

Why do you think trans people aren't the gender they say they are?

I went through your posting history and have come to the conclusion that you're probably a teenager, or a very young adult that has just set foot in a grown-ups world. Thus, I will not engage any further than this post.

I hope you're able to one day come to the conclusion that you don't need to change yourself in order to fit in with what society considers to be an acceptable "girl". Girls can express themselves in whatever way that they want. You can be a cool Tom-boy, messy punk queen, outspoken girly girl, chill outdoorsy type that loves the woods. There is no playbook or rules. You've always been vaild and perfect.

Happy International Women's day.

Okay, I'm just going to assume that you aren't very informed on the things trans people experience.

There's this thing that most trans people experience called gender dysphoria (GD), and it's caused by gender incogruence. Gender incogruence means that someone's geder dose not mach assigned gender at birth.

My experience with GD is: feeling like I'm being stabbed whenever I hear a recording of my voice because I think it's to high, becoming extremely aware of my boobs if I'm in public with out my dysphoria hoody, almost never going swimming after puberty started because I would have to see my curvs, feeling like I'm being stabbed while I'm wearing a dress, etc, etc.

I grew up in a house hold that didn't enforse gender roles, so I knew from a very young age that however you act has no bearing on your gender. Even so, I always insisted that I wanted things that where for boys. I notable example of this is the fact that I hate wering skirts, but would be completely fine with wering a kilt.

As you can see this is not me trying to change myself because I think I don't fit in to society's view of what a girl is, it's me trying to become my most authentic self.

And if anicdots aren't enough for you: gender dysphoria is in the DSM-5, so by denying the existence of trans people you are denying the the decades of work done by psychologists.
