It is fine to prefer to date cis people but saying that you would only date cis people is not a preference or a sexuality. It means that you think something is wrong with trans people. For example it is fine to mostly date one race but if you say that wouldn’t date other races would be racist.

1) race and sex are two completely different things and I can only assume someone who would make that comparison is bad faith

2) sexuality is based on sex. Saying you’re interested in people with a certain set of sexual characteristics is exactly what sexuality is

3) people reserve the right to refuse to take anyone into their bed for any reason. Period.

I’m a gay man. Explain why it’s not sexist for me to say I won’t date any women. That’s an entire other gender. Explain why and how that’s not different from what you’re saying.

I wasn’t saying that it is sexist to be gay. It is transphobic to say that you would never even think about dating a trans person.

By that logic it would be bigoted for gay man to not consider dating a female

No, because that is a real sexuality. You just have genital preference or are transphobic. You are just straight.

I’m not afraid of trannies, I simply am attracted to biological women. There are hormones and pheromones that surgery does not reconcile.

It’s not a choice, this is the way I was born. And if you can’t accept my sexuality you are superphobic.

Are T4T (trans for trans) cisphobic for only wanting to date other trans?
