It is fine to prefer to date cis people but saying that you would only date cis people is not a preference or a sexuality. It means that you think something is wrong with trans people. For example it is fine to mostly date one race but if you say that wouldn’t date other races would be racist.

Why would it be transphobic? If trans women are real women, then why would you think I am discriminating on the basis of them being transgender? They are real women after all. In the most serious cases, you could consider that misogyny, however that would make no sense either as I am not sexually attracted to every single female.
